Brian is thrilled to have transitioned into the mortgage industry in early 2016, as there’s nothing quite like helping people’s dreams come true with the purchase of a home. “As a loan officer, nothing gives greater satisfaction to me than to tell a family congratulations on your new home purchase,” he says.
Additionally, Brian feels that one of the most enjoyable aspects of the job is the challenge of finding a home loan product for various types of applicants. “Every family’s needs are different, and many times a creative solution is required to bring homeownership to a family,” he says. “Helping families is what makes the profession very rewarding.” He comes to the mortgage industry after 17 years as a licensed funeral director, having managed several funeral homes throughout the Inland Empire.
Brian lives in Temecula with his wife, two daughters and two sons (“Final score, tie game”). He enjoys spending time with his family at sporting events and other activities, and is a NCAA college football referee field judge.

A loan officer since 2017, Aaron Fredericks comes from a background in security operations management, in addition to service as a military police soldier in the Army Reserves. “In both of those roles, I faced diverse situations that did not neatly fit into the solutions box,” he says. “Collaborating as part of a team to find these solutions gave me the most satisfaction.”
Today, he finds that background useful in his role as a loan officer. “I continue to enjoy finding solutions for borrowers whose financial profile may not fit in the big lender’s solution box, but are deserving of a good mortgage loan and quality customer service,” he says. “What I love about being in the mortgage industry is the ability to affect positive change in the lives of our borrowers. While some loan files are tough, it is those loan files and those borrowers that give me the greatest satisfaction when the loan closes.”
Aaron grew up in San Bernardino, California, where he continues to live with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, including at the beach and our local mountains.

Ralph comes to WCC with over 30 years experience in Business, Financial Services, and Leadership.
With an entrepreneurial back round he’s excited to be heading up our expansion East to Ohio. He says,
“We love the element of helping people accomplish their goals and dreams. That not only speaks to those buying the home of their choice, but also creating a workplace environment for both Loan Officers and other Personnel to thrive and grow both professionally and personally.”
Q: Why WCC, a CA Corp vs any local lender in Ohio?
A: Honesty, Integrity, and Character are at the forefront making any decisions for us. We do our best to live that way, so we try to surround ourselves with like-minded people. WCC President Ed Hoffman and his wife Dawn have been friends of ours 40 years. We’ve watched them build a business with those same principles both towards Clients and Team Members and the Team in turn operates the same way.
While training for a month we observed the Team work hard for the clients to get the absolute best choice available on every loan whether they had a high or lower credit score. In a few cases they’d been turned down by other lenders. That gives us the confidence being two thousand miles away we have a Team both front and back of the house to get the job done and get it done right ! That’s why when I see the WCC logo not only does it stand for our company name but for me it says, “We’re Client CentrIc”.
Ralph has been married for nearly 30 years and has three adult children already on their career paths. When he is not helping clients he spends his time with family, friends, and another personal passion, helping Ministry Partners. He’s also lost in the 80’s and loves Classic Rock music !
